Through a contract with the Missouri Association of Councils of Government (MACOG), Doug Hermes serves as MRDP’s Planning Administrator. In this position, Mr. Hermes is responsible for the coordination and management of the partnership, and organizational administration for MRDP and MRF.
Doug Hermes holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Emporia State University and a graduate degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Iowa. Mr. Hermes has worked in local/regional planning and administration in Kansas and Missouri for the past 20 years, and also currently serves as the Statewide Planning Coordinator for the Missouri Association of Councils of Government.
